Looking Back on 2024 & On to 2025!

The end of each year is good time to look back at the things that our office accomplished. Our attorneys achieved many, many strong results for clients in 2024. As a result, we received dozens of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ online reviews across all platforms. We take special appreciation of all our reviews and often share them with the entire firm as an affirmation of the important work we do.

Additionally, we also received a number of recognitions for our work! Our firm takes a tremendous amount of pride in our results for our clients, as well as the treatment and service we provide our clients along the way.

In June, Founding Partner Jolie Weinberg won the 2024 Beverly A. Grover Family Law Award, recognizing both her dedication to the improvement of the practice of family law and her excellence in the field. Jolie is continuing to help families as she focuses on her mediation work.

In July, we hired attorney Scudder Sodergreen. Scudder has made an immediate posititve impact on our practice, and has helped many clients facing or seeking protective orders or peace orders.

In October, our office won our third “Best of Howard County” award for the practice of family law! It means so much to us that our clients and colleagues are willing and able to recognize our efforts to get the best outcomes in these situations.

In December, we hired Debborah Grillo to help manage our busy attorneys. Debbie brings a strong foundation in financial operations, education, and training, with expertise in regulatory compliance and client service. Known for her adaptability and commitment to excellence, she consistently supports the team in achieving success.

Later in December, several members of our firm were named as SuperLawyers or Rising Stars!

• Founding Partner Jolie Weinberg was named as a SuperLawyer, a Maryland TOP 50 Woman, and a Maryland TOP 100 Lawyer!
• Founding Partner Marni Schwartz was named as a SuperLawyer, a Maryland TOP 50 Woman, and a Maryland TOP 100 Lawyer!
• Partner Amos Whitney was named as a SuperLawyer!
• Partner Ethan Dellinger was named as a SuperLawyer!

Additionally, we had some attorneys achieve this much-deserved recognition for the first time!

• Attorney Lisa Pryor was named as a SuperLawyer!
• Attorney Rachel Sodergreen was named as a Rising Star!

Not every year will bring public recognition, but we will keep doing everything we can in 2025 to deliver results to our clients with the highest professional standards!
